About this Bake
I gave my apple focaccia a Paul Hollywood worthy prove of 3½ hours... only to realise that the yeast reached its best before date 3 years prior! Instead of making a light, airy focaccia like I intended, I ended up making a sweet apple slab that can double as a doorstop.
