This is my attempt at Paul Hollywood's recipe for jammy biscuits.
Top tip
Chill, chill, chill! This is an incredibly soft dough, and it must be thoroughly chilled before each step of rolling, stamping, and cutting. Depending on the type of flour and butter used, additional flour (2-3 tablespoons) may be needed form a non-sticky dough.
