About this Bake
This is a root beer cake with chocolate ganache and pink decorator frosting. The ears are made out of chocolate and are piped with the pink frosting.
Top tip
Bake the cake the night before and let it cool. Wrap it in plastic wrap and foil and place it in the freezer. Take it out the next day and decorate it.
