About this Bake
A root beer cake with a chocolate buttercream filling and covered in chocolate ganache. It had a chocolate ribbon around it. My hubby did the chocolate ribbon and I did the rest. The cake was topped with homemade sugar cookies with royal icing and I used decorator frosting for piping.
Top tip
Fun! Also, bake the cookies and decorate the night before.
