About this Bake

I baked these for a charity bake sale. Small apple tart flowers made with puff pastry, caster sugar and pink lady apples. Turkish delight cupcakes & chocolate orange cupcakes and my favourite Gin & Tonic cupcakes. Yummmm.

Top tip

I have started to use Tonic water in any cupcake batter to get a lighter, fluffier bake.
