About this Bake
It was made for a close friend's birthday. I wanted to do something different combing her culture and family. Inside the sponge is coloured Red, Gold and Green which make up the Rastafarian flag.
Top tip
To achieve a nice flat top, after frosting place some grease proof paper and a thin cake board and turn the cake upside down.
