Cake was to celebrate a choir friend's birthday - cupcakes for enjoying at our choir practice and the main cake for the birthday girl to take home for her family. The wee faces are T cakes covered in flesh-coloured fondant and decorated - a nice tasty surprise.
Top tip
Spraylight oil for greasing tins is fantastic and easy to use.
