About this Bake

This is my daughters wedding cake. The large tier is a brandy dark fruit cake, 2nd is vanilla and raspberry. The 3rd is red velvet, 4th is caramel and butterscotch and the top tier is chocolate and peanut butter. The pastel colours of the cake matched the bridesmaid's dresses.

Top tip

A good quality cake mixer is a lifesaver.
