About this Bake
This is a triple layered dairy-free sponge cake with homemade raspberry jam swirled through the top and bottom layers, sandwiched together with dairy-free buttercream icing filling, topped with pink dairy-free butter icing and wrapped together with a dairy-free dark chocolate collar. Yum.
Top tip
Try using pre-cut greaseproof paper that is the height of your cake tin instead of acetate to create your chocolate collar to give you the perfect height.
