About this Bake
This is my 50th birthday cake. It wanted it to reflect my art and love of hares. The bottom tier is a dummy as I also baked mocktail cupcakes. It was a rose and white chocolate tier and a fruit salad tier.
Top tip
If you want a big showstopper but not so much cake, then replace one tier with a decorated dummy.
