About this Bake
My favourite cake. I use a little more cocoa powder and paste colouring for a richer colour and nicer flavour. I like doing the tattoo style decorations. I think they suit this cake.
Top tip
Never use low fat cream cheese for the frosting. Always use full fat or the icing will go runny.
