About this Bake
This is a two-tier unicorn cake that I made for my daughter's birthday. It's chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream and a vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. It's decorated with buttercream and sugar paste flowers, stars, horn and ears.
