About this Bake
This is sticky choc cake I baked in may for two friends' jpint 40th. One of them is a mountain walker and the other loves water sports. They said surprise me, and that I did!!! I am self taught and like to use personal information to inspire me.
Top tip
I always like to butter my tins and knock flour around it instead of paper for ease of removal
