About this Bake
This three-tier cake had a rainbow bottom tier with a chocolate surprise inside. The middle tier was made of Victoria sponge with jam and cream and the top tier was carrot cake with cream cheese filling! The birthday girl was over the moon.
Top tip
Put your cakes I the fridge overnight, it make them easier to level :-)
