About this Bake
Baked this two tier cake for my sister's baby shower. The top tier is lemon and elderflower and the lower one is salted caramel. Both covered with white fondant and decorated with pink and white fondant decorations.
Top tip
Don’t forget to use cake dowles to ensure the top tier doesn’t sink in to the bottom one.
