About this Bake
I made this cake for my Mum's wedding. I chose a teal colour to match my bridesmaids dress :) The bottom tier is a white sponge with jam and buttercream filling. The upper tier is a rich chocolate cake made with Green and Blacks cocoa powder.
Top tip
Prepare all your sugar flowers/decorations days in advance (I do a few when ever I get a wee half hour). They will keep if stored in a sealed container and it'll save you making them at the same time as the cake!
