About this Bake

I make this cake A LOT simply because it tastes so good! I add slices of fresh strawberries in the middle along with the jam and cream - it's very refreshing, light and perfect with a cup of tea!

Top tip

I keep my mixer attachment, bowl and cream in the fridge right up until the moment I'm going to whip the cream - this makes whipping the cream easier/quicker.
