About this Bake

My friend's son is into all things zombie! His only request was that it was 'really bloody' (!) so I smeared it in strawberry jam! It's three layers of red velvet cake with jam 'blood' and fondant icing 'grey matter'. Yuck!

Top tip

Zap jam in the microwave for a few seconds to make it runnier and easier to spread.
