About this Bake
This was an amazingly tasty cake and a very stylish table decoration. My family and guests were impressed!
Top tip
This was made from coffee biscuit layers with cream cheese, two layers of salted caramel and one layer of blackberry confit. It was decorated with chocolate ganache and had a little tealight candle on top.
