About this Bake
I am an artist at heart really and I thought that wouldn`t it be great to combine my love of art with my love of baking. I love the thought of eating my flower designs. You can be so creative with icing. This cake is for my brother Gavin.
Top tip
My tip is to use plenty of apricot jam on the top and apply a thin layer of apricot jam around the sides. I used my fingers so that all the coloured icing stuck nicely.
