About this Bake

I have not made Choux pastry since I was in school, but was inspired by the episode to give it a try again. 1st batch went horribly wrong but I did not give up. Looking forward to trying them after dinner.

Top tip

Chocolate ganache left over. Add some hot milk for a wonderful hot chocolate.
