About this Bake
This is a chocolate-centred swan cake made for my niece Aaliyah’s 4th birthday. When I asked her what cake she would like, she instantly said ‘swan’, so I knew I had to deliver! It was chocolate sponge (her favourite) with vanilla buttercream and white chocolate wings.
Top tip
Putting hot water on your icing scraper makes the buttercream come out much smoother!
