About this Bake
I made this wedding cake for my daughter, the design is based on her dress which had crochet lace on. It was three layers of choclate orange fruit cake, one dummy layer and two tiers of lemon sponge mini cakes and mini tropical fruit cakes.
Top tip
Fruit cakes can be made months in advance and are best when alcohol is "fed" to them over those months.
