About this Bake
This cake was made for my niece's 2nd birthday. It's a strawberry sponge with strawberry cream cheese frosting, topped with white chocolate feathers and strawberry and plain meringues.
Top tip
Pick great tasting and smelling strawberries. Also, try to pick a cooler day for chocolate feathers.
