About this Bake
These little cookie monster cupcakes are a massive hit! The actual sponge of the cupcakes are Oreo cookie flavour with a real Oreo in the base, then they are topped with blue coloured vanilla buttercream, two sugar paste eyes and real Maryland Choc Chip Cookie. Yummy.
Top tip
Don't over mix the cake batter once you have added the flour.
