About this Bake
I participated in an online baking challenge...and we were to tackle either a mousse dessert or a meringue dessert. I decided to try this intimidating bake and it was well worth it!
Top tip
Make sure when you're making your coffee filling that you whisk consistently, and don't let it get too thick or you'll end up with a jelly (like I did the first time)! I had to remake my filling because, by the time it was ready for the whipped cream, it was too thick.
