About this Bake

My mum asked me to make something 'a bit crackers' for my dad's birthday. I'm a bit of a proud norther - so i can think of nothing more crackers than these two (not forgetting Shawn the Sheep and a homicidal penguin)! It is a decorated Japanese cheesecake with a salted cracker cream cheese filling!

Top tip

Bake from your heart but with the amount of cheese in this cake it's more like fart! Sorry!
