About this Bake
This cake was for my daughter’s 5th birthday. She loves the Trolls movie! The cake inside was marbled strawberry, chocolate and vanilla.
Top tip
Use a heating core/rod when baking a large hemisphere cake so the middle of the cake bakes too, otherwise the cake can be raw in the middle and burnt on the outside.
