About this Bake
This was my attempt at a one tiered Mary Berry's show stopper from the Masterclass... A chocolate sponge, with white chocolate ganache, and a plain chocolate collar.
Top tip
Wilton 2D nozzle creates those lovely Roses. My runny ganache was fixed by whipping it. Putting the chocolate collar is the fridge makes it dull.
