About this Bake
This is a two tier chocolate cake with a milk chocolate sponge on the bottom tier and a white chocolate and raspberry top cake. It was covered in milk chocolate ganache and decorated with fresh fruit and drizzled chocolate for a speedy 60th birthday cake.
Top tip
If you don't have time for fancy decorations then use fresh fruit. And for that extra touch frost it with some caster sugar!
