About this Bake
This chocolate cake is made up of four chocolate sponges with chocolate ganache frosting in between the layers and chocolate ganache drip. It is topped with some chocolate doughnuts for good measure. Did I mention chocolate?!
Top tip
Make your ganache the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight. This makes it much more fluffy when you whip it!
