About this Bake
This is a lemon drizzle cake with gin and tonic frosting. I made it for my fiance's 40th birthday and it was based on some of his favourite computer games from the 1980s. Each side of the cake had a game on it. All parts are edible! It took forever to make, but I really enjoyed it!
Top tip
Make sure you estimate how much time your bake is going to take! Prepare any decorations you can in advance.
