About this Bake
3 eggs, 6ozs self raising flour, 6ozs caster sugar, 6ozs stork. Into a mixer and deprecate into 12 cases. Bake for 20-25 minutes on gas mark 6. Mark the sponge with a fork whilst on a cooling rack and pour over the juice of 2 lemons and let it soak into each cupcake. When totally cool, inject lemon
Top tip
Use a syringe to get the lemon curd into the sponge.
