About this Bake
This is a chocolate cake with fondant and marzipan minions for my partner's 25th birthday. I made the water out of jelly made with a high ratio of gelatine to water, coloured with blue and flavoured with peppermint.
Top tip
Make truffle style balls using leftover cake crumbs mixed with the buttercream used to sandwich the cake. They make great tasting truffles and are so easy to wrap in fondant to decorate!
