About this Bake
This cake was for my Grandma's 80th. It's 8"/6"/4" - Vanilla, Chocolate and Lemon. The design of the cake is based on my Grandparent's garden where I spent alot of my childhood. They had beautiful rose bushes and a stunning bird house, which inspired this design.
Top tip
Make covering a cake easier by spreading a "crumb coat" - a thin layer of buttercream or ganache over the cake - allow it to set for 1 to 2 hours before you cover with sugarpaste and finish decorating.
