About this Bake
Two chocolate sponges covered in chocolate buttercream and fondant. The figures were made from fondant and the sand was a soft brown sugar. I made this for my daughter, Sophie, for her 22nd birthday and it took many hours to make.
Top tip
Use a slightly firmer sponge for stacking.
