About this Bake
The chocolate fudge cake is a foolproof recipe starting with the dry ingredients first and then adding in the wet ingredients. The Lemon drizzle is a lovely cake to make especially if you're having a few friends over for tea as it keeps very well and it's nice and light.
Top tip
Avoid beating the mixture too much; just beat until it comes together.
