About this Bake

I used a gluten/wheat-free flour to make a normal sponge with jam in the middle and shaped it into a Lego brick for my brother's birthday.

Top tip

When doing a gluten/wheat-free cake, remember to check that the baking powder has no gluten or wheat in either (some have a small amount in).
