About this Bake
This is a sweet potato birthday cake for my sister's 15th birthday. She asked for a healthy cake, so I made an avocado cocoa icing with no refined sugar in the cake or icing! She loves fairies, so I made it fairy themed!
Top tip
Leave the baking paper on the bottom, or the cake will just fall apart!
