About this Bake

This is a five layer sponge with layers of dark and white chocolate. Each different layer had salted caramel, raspberry & chocolate jam and a hazelnut & chocolate ganache. Then covered in a dark chocolate ganache, studded with malted & chocolate balls then sprayed gold.

Top tip

Lots of patience is required but all worth it in the end.
