About this Bake
I promised my 12-year-old son Zac that we would bake together before the end of the series. I think lemon eclairs were a bit too ambitious for us. My husband Tim said they tasted delicious.
Top tip
We should have used proper icing bags! Rather than a plastic bag without a nozzle!
