About this Bake
My daughter's two favourite things are banana chocolate chip muffins and hazelnut chocolate spread, so I made a banana cake shaped like a flower, then made a hazelnut chocolate buttercream frosting. It is delicious.
Top tip
Use bittersweet chocolate to cut the sweetness of the icing.
