About this Bake
After making a hedgehog cake for Sam’s 1st birthday, Liz gave it another go for her 22nd birthday. It didn’t seem to come out the same way as she remembered it!
Top tip
Make sure the buttercream isn’t too soft when putting the ‘spikes’ in as they began to melt down the side of the cake.
