About this Bake
I made this cake for my niece's 2nd birthday. I followed some Pinterest tutorials for the characters. The cake is a traditional chocolate sponge with dark chocolate buttercream, the top is butter icing with green food dye and the characters are made of fondant icing with gum trag.
Top tip
Always let your cakes cool completely before attempting any filling or icing!
