About this Bake

I recreated Paul Hollywood’s cherry and chocolate bread from a GBBO masterclass! It’s delicious. I was unsure how to plait, so I twisted the strands and rolled the dough.

Top tip

I used frozen black cherries, so I had to dry them out quite a bit. I used extra flour too because it was a bit wet.
