About this Bake
I made this giant 25" x 25" cake for Douglas Macmillan for their Ruby Bike Ride. My husband did the 50 mile ride so I decided to make and donate this cake as my contribution. It was cut up and given to the riders after their sponsored ride.
Top tip
Always give yourself plenty of time so you can enjoy the bake rather than stressing and watching the clock.
