It's a chocolate cupcake filled with chocolate hazelnut ganache, topped with a chocolate hazelnut buttercream rose and a piece of hazelnut brittle.
Top tip
Mix cocoa with warm water before adding to batter- do this at the start and set aside to cool. It gives a richer flavour. Also use the best quality 100% cocoa!
