About this Bake
'Trick or treat' tub double-chocolate cake made for a Halloween Bake Off at work. Part of the team entry for Bright Grey. Proceeds go to leukaemia and lymphoma research. It was great fun to make but carrying it on on the train was a challenge!
Top tip
Make sure the cake is a little over baked so that it doesnt go soggy when it takes in the moisture from the buttercream and rolled icing.
