About this Bake
The chopped cranberries and roasted walnut pieces swirl around in the chewy, light centre of the loaf, making it the ideal toasting bread. It is also excellent as French toast the next morning (if there's any left)!
Top tip
This no-knead artisan loaf proves overnight in the refrigerator, then again at room temperature in a well-floured proving basket. A Dutch oven does the trick to create the best bakery oven at home!
