About this Bake
This wine bottle cake was a yellow almond sour cream cake. The filling included both a cream cheese flavored heavy whipping cream filling AND a strawberry / blueberry filling. Toasted coconut served as the "packaging filler." The wine bottle is cake covered in fondant. Loved making it!
Top tip
Don't overfill the layers with filling! And definitely pipe a large buttercream dam around the edge!
